Yesterday I spent all afternoon making these flowerpots for my cactus. I really love plants, but I'm a bit disaster when I have to take care of flowers, so cactus are perfect for me (I don't know if it's good or not haha)

I painted this tins that I don't use, except the Tazo because it remember me to Chloe and her present :) and then I made holes underneath.

It's very weird, It's Semptember and here in Mallorca it's cold, a few days ago 15 degrees temperature went down suddenly! But it's more weird because I don't have to go to any class (today I wen to get my certificate of the university. YESSS). It's the first time of my life that I don't have to start any class. And I don't have a job, so I spend my days thinking on what I can do. But I have a few ideas and projects, I hope I find something early! 

Ayer me pasé toda la tarde haciendo estas macetas para mis cactus. Me encantan las plantas, pero soy un poco desastre cuando tengo que cuidar de flores, así que los cactus son perfectos para mi (no sé si eso es bueno o malo jaja)
He pintado estas latas que no uso, excepto la de Tazo (porque me recuerda a Chloe y a su regalo) y luego les he hecho agujeros en la parte de abajo.

Es muy raro, es septiembre y aquí en Mallorca hace frío, hace un par de días la temperatura bajó 15 grados de repente! Pero es más raro aún porque no tengo que ir a ninguna clase (hoy he ido a recoger mi certificado de la universidad SIII). Es la primera vez en mi vida que no tengo que volver a empezar las clases. Y no tengo trabajo, así que paso mis días pensando en qué puedo hacer. Pero tengo un par de ideas y proyectos, espero encontrar algo pronto!

The camera freak (I). My Praktica MTL-50

Besides having my Canon 550d, the truth is that I am a freak of cameras. I have 6 that I use and never leave my home without a camera, as well as from my phone.

This is the first camera I want to show you:

A parte de tener mi Canon 550d, la verdad es que soy una obsesa de las cámaras. Tengo 6 que voy usando  y nunca salgo de casa sin una cámara, además de la del mi móvil.

This camera surprised me a lot. The first time I saw it I though It would take good pictures, but when I developed the first film roll I fell in love. I used to go to sell things on a flea market, so my uncles gave me a lot of things to sell, inlcuded this camera and of course I couldn't sell it! I adopted my favorite camera for all time ♥

Esta cámara me sorprendió mucho. La primera vez que la vi pensé que haría buenas fotos, pero cuando revelé el primer carrete me enamoré. Yo solía ir a vender cosas en un mercadillo, así que mis tíos me dieron un montón de cosas para vender, incluida esta cámara, y por supesto no podía venderla! Adopté mi cámara favorita de todos los tiempos ♥

Waterproof case review

Earlier this summer my sister and I bought on Ebay this waterproof case for a compact camera. My sister and I (especially my sister) love taking photos on the beach so we could have our compact cameras safe from water and sand.

A principio de verano mi hermana y yo compramos a medias por Ebay esta funda resistente al agua para una cámara compacta. A mi hermana y a mi (sobretodo a mi hermana) nos encanta hacer fotos en la playa y así podíamos tener nuestras cámaras compactas protegidas del agua y de la arena. 

The cover is very simple: the front adjusts the camera lens with adjustable rings. And has a seal and two velcro straps to keep out water.

La funda es muy sencilla: la parte de delante se ajusta al objetivo con unos anillos ajustables. Y tiene un cierre hermético y dos tiras de velcro para que no entre el agua.

At first it is quite difficult to take pictures because the camera pretty fleet. Also keep in mind if the sea is removed, and the photos can get quite muddy.

Al principio es bastante difícil hacer fotos porque la cámara flota bastante. También hay que tener en cuenta si el mar está removido, ya que las fotos pueden salir bastante turbias. 

Another problem I had  is that sometimes the rings appear, as in the picture above.

Otro problema que me he encontrado a veces es que los anillos se ven, como en la foto de arriba. 

Keep in mind that there isn't a professional case, but the truth is that to go to the beach and make a couple of photos that's pretty funny. I hope I can go to do more underwater photos before the summer is over!

Hay que tener en cuenta que no es una funda profesional, pero la verdad es que para ir a la playa y hacer un par de fotos así es bastante divertido. Espero poder ir a hacer más fotos submarinas antes de que se acabe el verano!

And you can also make videos. The video quality of this camera is not very good and the truth that day had a lot of ocean currents and it was impossible not to move.

Y también se pueden hacer vídeos. La calidad de vídeo de esta cámara no es muy buena y la verdad que ese día había mucha corriente y era imposible no moverse.

DIY Recycle (recicled) bin!

Hey there! Today I want to share with you this recycle (recycled) bin. It's super useful, in my room I use to throw a lot of paper when I'm drawing (after using all, of course!). But I throw many trash too. This is the solution of my problem!

Hola! Hoy quiero compartir con vosotros esta papelera (reciclada) para reciclar. Es súper útil, en mi habitación suelo tirar mucho papel cuando estoy dibujando (después de usarlo todo, por supuesto!). Pero también tiro basura. Esta es la solución a mi priblema!

Materials:

cardboard boxes
cajas de cartón

Tape, scissors, cutter, tape measure or ruler

Celo, tijeras, cúter, cinta métrica o regla

First of all, I thought this box was too many tall, so I cut the top using a tape measure to cut it very straight.

Primero de todo, pensé que esta caja era demasiado alta, así que le corté la parte de arriba usando la cinta métrica para cortarlo muy recto. 

Fran, please, stop playing with my project! haha. No, I'm joking, Fran helped me a lot :)

Fran, por favor, para dce jugar con mi proyecto! jaja. No, es broma, Fran me ayudó un montón :)

Then, we made a lid with the caldboard of other boxes.
We made two holes on the lid. One circle and one rectangle. The circle is for trash and the rectangle is for paper. 

Después, hicimos una tapa con el cartón de otras cajas.
Hicimos dos agujeros en la tapa. Un circulo y un rectángulo. El círculo es para la basura y el rectángulo para el papel.

We add a separator of recycled caldboard inside the box to separate paper of trash.

Añadimos un separador de cartón reciclado dentro de la papelera para separar el papel de la basura. 

I painted it with a white spray, Posca markers and paint for any surface!

Lo pinté todo con spray blanco, rotuladores Posca y pintura para cualquier superficie!

Lately I thought of making plushes. When I was a child I used to make for me and my friends, and I continued making them but I think it's time to make more!

Últimamente he pensado en hacer peluches. Cuando era pequeña solía hacerlos para mi o para mis amigos, y he continuado haciéndolos, pero creo que es hora de hacer más!

I made this little guy for Fran two years ago. His name is Salmon :)
