Hello everyone! I'm Fran, and this is the first time I write for the Lauryn Green blog.
Luckily, we have more time together now, so we could take care of something we started a few months ago. It's great to start my first post with a freebie!

Hola a todos! Soy Fran, y esa es la primera vez que escribo para el blog Lauryn Green.
Afortunadamente, ahora tenemos más tiempo juntos, así que hemos podido cuidar algo que empezamos hace un par de meses. Es genial empezar mi primer post con algo gratis!

We called it Happy Fox Condensed. Maybe you are a typography fan, maybe you didn't really think about them, but I believe a lot in typefaces because they can express a lot by themselves (I'm actually a type maniac).

Lo hemos llamado Happy Fox Condensed. A lo mejor sois unos fans de la tipografía, a lo mejor no pensáis en ella, pero creo mucho en ellas, porque pueden expresar mucho por sí mismas (en realidad soy un maníaco de la tipografía).

We wanted a thin font to use in our projects/designs, so Laura just drew an alphabet and a few glyphs and we got on it. This is actually our first font, so there will be a lot of mistakes, but we hope you enjoy using it. You can download it for FREE now, without even "paying with a tweet".

Queríamos una fuente fina para usar en nuestros proyectos/diseños, así que Laura simplemente dibujó un alfabeto y un par de formas y nos pusimos a ello. Esta es en realidad nuestra primera tipografía así que seguro que habrá un montón de fallos, pero esperamos que la disfrutéis.

This week has been very complete: I've cooked my first jam, I've worked in three projects at the same time, I've visited flea markets, the Etsy Labs, huge parks, lakes and the East Side Gallery. I'm so happy to be here!

Esta semana ha sido muy completa: he cocinado mi primera mermelada, he trabajado en tres proyectos a la vez, he visitado mercadillos, el Etsy Labs, parques enormes, lagos y la East Side Gallery. Estoy muy contenta de estar aquí!

5 things I love # 12 dogs, dogs, dogs.

Do you know what? Berlin is full of dogs. A lot of dogs. Is the paradise of the dogs!
When we're walking on the street I'm saying to Fran all the time things like "Fran! Look at this cute dog", "Aw... this dog reminds me of Mika...", "Hahaha look at this dog playing!" and that sort of things, you know, I'm a bit (only a bit) obsessed with dogs.

Sabéis qué? Berlín está lleno de perros. Montones de perros. Es el paraíso de los perros!
Cuando estamos caminando por la calle le estoy diciendo a Fran todo el tiempo cosas como "Fran! Mira a este perro tan mono!", "Aw... ese perro me recuerda a Mika...", "Jajajaja mira a este perro jugando!" y este tipo de cosas, ya sabéis, estoy un poco (solo un poco) obsesionada con los perros.

My week in photos #9

Hi! This week has been quite and full of surprises here in Berlin. We spend half day working in projects and half day visiting and discovering new places.
Today we finally signed a contract for a flat for two months (yayy!) it may sounds weird, but finding a flat in Berlin is VERY HARD. So, for now, we're very happy with this. We went to a few flea markets, bought two bikes and spend some time in the sun in the beautiful parks :)

Hola! Esta semana ha sido tranquila y llena de sorpresas aquí en Berlín. Nos pasamos medio día trabajando en proyectos y medio día visitando y descubriendo nuevos lugares.

Hoy finalmente hemos firmado un contrato de un piso para dos meses (yayy!), puede sonar raro, pero encontrar piso en el centro de Berlín es MUY DIFICIL. Así que, por ahora, estamos muy contentos con esto. Hemos ido a un par de mercadillos, hemos comprados dos bicis y hemos pasado el rato en el sol en parques bonitos :)

My new crocheted friend

Today I introduce you my new stuffed friend! It's the first time I play with a pattern and finally and in the end it went well. He or she still don't have a name because its for G, the little sister of my boyfriend who lives in Majorca. I hope she like it!

Hoy os presento a mi nuevo amigo de peluche! Es la primera vez que juego con un patrón y al final ha quedado bastante bien. Él o ella todavía no tiene nombre porque es para G, la hermana pequeña de mi novio que vive en Mallorca. Espero que le guste!

Eep! How're you? Today in Berlin has been so hot! After spend all morning sending a lot of messages to companies and flats, we've decided to make a little tour to the most touristic part of Berlin.

Eep! Cómo estáis? Hoy en Berlín ha hecho muchísimo calor! Después de pasar toda la mañana enviando un montón de mensajes a empresas y a pisos, hemos decidido ir a hacer un pequeño tour por la parte más turística de Berlín.
